The weight loss course is designed to analyse your diet, your exercise regimes and your emotional feelings towards food. This is not a quick fix diet plan, but a lifetime change, that will increase your self esteem and confidence. Together we will work towards your individual goals, in a progressive, manageable program, which doesn’t involve fussy, complicated diets.
Motivation, belief and expectation are always key in success and will control how much effort you put into the plan. Many people suffer from the pattern of gimmick dieting and starvation style routines and unfortunately these can only lead to increases in weight and feelings of failure and self defeat. That feeling that you have tried and failed can cause you to become resigned to being unhappy about your weight and can often lead to even more unhealthy eating patterns, when the latest diet proves to be some kind of torture for you! The initial weight loss course is 3 – 4 weeks, with an option to have additional sessions if you feel this would be of benefit to you.
The sessions include the option to have your own mental gastric band fitted under hypnosis. This is a safe and effective procedure, which aims to retuned your body to accept smaller portions and to recognise when you are full or hungry!
